Avoid this company!!! Had my boiler installed in late January, everything looked good. The following day I smelled gas, so I called JSP to get it serviced. They booked an appointment for that same day. They NEVER showed up! You would think they would ...give priority to a gas leak. A couple days later, I called them back and they came and fixed the gas leak. The technician who repaired the gas leak spotted a small water leak. He said he will notify his supervisor so they can scheduled a service, and days passed with no response. I eventually received a call from JSP, not to schedule an appointment to repair the water leak, but to see if I was happy with their service thus far. I took the opportunity to tell the service rep how I wasn't very happy with having to follow up with their no show. The rep took my information and scheduled me for that Friday from 8am-4pm. We stood home all day and once again NO SHOW! The fact it took my wife to call once again and put a service and complaint call is ridiculous! We were scheduled for that Thursday afternoon and a tech did come to check out the water leak. He advised me a new piece needed to be ordered from the manufacturer, that was on April 11th.
