I had an outdoor hose stuck to the spigot. JSP was very communicative throughout the whole process, and came within 24 hours of my call, even though it wasn't an emergency. The tech Devon H. was very friendly and put in a lot of elbow grease to get the ...hose off the spigot, saving me from spending hundreds of dollars replacing the spigot. I also had questions about my well pump & pressure tank -- he was helpful answering those and seemed very knowledgeable. The prices seem a bit on the high side, but they seem like a trustworthy option if you need something done quickly.
